Scope

These terms apply to the zelij.ai website, to quoted services, to digital products sold by zelij.ai and to its connector for AI assistants.

Quoted services

• Every service is covered by a written quote, approved by a person before it is sent.
• The contract is formed by your written acceptance of the quote. An exchange with an AI agent or an assistant is neither a price nor a commitment on timing.
• The quote states the scope, the price, the deposit and the schedule. Work starts once the deposit is received.

Digital products

• Prices are shown in euros on the product page.
• The product is delivered by email once the payment is confirmed. Content is in French unless stated otherwise.
• By asking for immediate delivery of digital content, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as provided by French consumer law.

Payment

Payment is made through Stripe. A payment is acknowledged once Stripe confirms it; no other proof is accepted.

Connector for AI assistants

• The connector lets an assistant read our offers, file a quote request and, when that function is open, order a digital product.
• A request filed by an assistant is handled as a request from the person it acts for.
• Write operations require an access key. Usage is limited in volume; abusive use leads to suspension of access.

Liability

zelij.ai uses the means necessary to perform its services properly. Information published on the site is indicative and is dated when it may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: commercial@zelij.ai.
