Data we process and why

  • Quote, contact or appointment request (form, email, voice assistant, connector for AI assistants): name, email address, organisation, content of the request. Purpose: to answer and prepare a proposal. Basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Payment: payment takes place on a page hosted by Stripe. zelij.ai neither receives nor stores your card or bank account details; we receive the payment confirmation, its amount and your email address. Basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.
  • Newsletter: email address, after confirmation through a link sent by email. Basis: consent. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.
  • Audience measurement: with your consent, Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Nothing loads before you accept; your choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed through the “Cookie settings” link.
  • Technical logs: IP address, requested page, browser. Purpose: security and traffic statistics. Retention: 7 days.

Requests sent through an AI assistant

When an AI assistant files a request on your behalf through our connector, we receive the contact details and the description it sends. We use them only to answer that request.

Processing by AI agents

Requests are analysed by AI agents. No decision with legal effect is taken without human involvement: every quote and every email is approved by a person before it is sent.

Recipients and providers

  • OVH (France): hosting and email.
  • Stripe: payment.
  • Brevo: email delivery.
  • Calendly: appointment scheduling. The calendar is loaded only if you choose to display it; Calendly then receives the details you enter to set the appointment.
  • Anthropic: AI models that analyse requests.
  • Google: audience measurement, with your consent; fonts loaded from Google servers when pages are displayed.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, including in the United States. Your data is neither sold nor rented.

Retention

Quote, contact and appointment requests, and the exchanges that go with them, are erased twelve months after the last exchange. The only exception is accounting records (a file that led to a payment), which are kept for the period required by law. You may ask for your data to be erased at any time, within the limits of these obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to commercial@zelij.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
