The aquarium: one day of your agents

The aquarium Simulated day
  1. You to Camille: We need an offer page for the November trade show.
  2. Camille to Élise: Élise, an offer page for the show: dated facts, cited sources.
  3. Élise: Draft ready. Three facts checked this morning, each with its source.
  4. Camille to you: Decision needed: publish the offer page? Options, risks and rollback are in the packet.
  5. You: Approved, with one instruction: add the date of the show.
  6. Sacha: Pull request opened on your repository. Nothing goes live without you.
  7. Nour to you: One sale confirmed by payment this morning. Two contact follow-ups waiting for your go.
  8. Sacha to you: Decision needed: ship today's version?
  9. You: Not today: I want to reread the page first.
  10. Élise to Camille: Trade show prices checked: unchanged since Monday, source verified.

Illustration: a simulated day. In your own installation, every card is a real action of your agents, live and replayable over twenty-four hours. The gold one is you: nothing that commits the company happens before your decision. The faces belong to fictional characters.

Four agents, written boundaries.

Each agent has a readable, editable sheet. It works with your tools, inside your budget, and never steps over its boundaries.

Chief of staff

Camille Aubert

Takes your requests, prepares decision packets, hands out the work.

Commits to nothing without your approval.
Marketing and products

Élise Tanguy

Writes pages for your website, checks facts at the source, dated.

Publishes nothing: she proposes.
Finance and clients

Nour Bellamy

Reads the ledger and the contact log, sums things up, flags what is dragging.

A sale only exists once the payment confirms it.
Software factory

Sacha Ferrand

Reads your repository, proposes changes as pull requests, ships after your approval.

Never merges, never pays.

The principle

Agents propose. You decide.

Anything that spends money, goes public, deletes or cannot be undone goes through a complete decision packet. You approve, refuse, or ask for changes with an instruction. Nothing happens before that.

  • Objective, proposal, why now: what you are being asked, in plain words.
  • Options, recommendation, risks: enough to decide in a minute.
  • Plan, rollback, impact: what happens next, and how to go back.
